A distinguished and well-established Family Office is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief of Staff and the Trustees of a substantial charitable foundation. The role will also include providing cover and assistance to the principals as required. Key Responsibilities -Personal Assistant
* Monitor the foundation’s central mailbox, directing correspondence appropriately.
* Coordinate the logistics of annual Trustee trips, including schedules, accommodation, and transport.
* Support the Chief of Staff with payment processing and financial record-keeping
* Conduct expense and receipt checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Undertake ad hoc tasks and errands on behalf of the Chief of Staff and Principals.
* Organise internal and external events such as away days and seasonal celebrations.
* Preparation and distribution of meeting documentation.
* Act as first point of contact at the office, welcoming visitors and overseeing deliveries.
* Manage the meeting room calendar and ensure facilities are prepared for use.
* Oversee routine office requirements, including refreshment supplies.
You will be/have
* 3+ years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Team Assistant role within a professional environment.
* Strong numerical skills with the ability to process and maintain accurate payment records (QuickBooks experience advantageous).
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
* A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* An interest in, or prior exposure to, the philanthropic or charitable sector.
