International Tax Assistant Manager
International Law Firm – In‑House
London | Hybrid (3 days office)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an International Tax Assistant Manager to join the in‑house tax function of a leading international law firm. This is a newly created role within a collaborative, well‑regarded team that supports the firm’s global operations across the UK and EMEA.
About the Role

* International tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
* Advisory support on cross‑border matters, partner movements, and firm structuring
* Transfer Pricing assistance (policy review, documentation, and coordination with global advisors)
* Supporting tax risk management initiatives across the network
* Liaising with overseas offices to ensure consistent, compliant tax processes
* Working closely with Finance, Legal, HR, and external advisors
The firm offers excellent support and guidance on the non‑UK aspects, making this a great step for someone who has solid UK experience and wants to develop true international exposure.
