Faststream Recruitment is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a leading ultra luxury cruise line. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while leading a dynamic team at sea.
Your Role Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.; Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of experienced chefs.; Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu planning and innovation.; Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.; Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen efficiency.;
What We’re Looking For Experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury cruise line, five-star hotel, or Michelin-starred restaurant.; Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.; Expertise in international cuisine and modern culinary techniques.; Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.; Valid STCW certification and C1/D visa (or willingness to obtain).;
