We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join an established childrens residential service in Peterborough supporting young people with complex needs. This is an opportunity to join a provider with long standing sector experience, a stable structure, and a strong focus on delivering high quality care and positive outcomes for young people. The role would suit an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker, Team Leader or current Deputy Manager ready to progress within a well supported environment. Level 3 Residential Childcare is essential. A full UK driving licence is strongly preferred.
