We are currently working with a well-established and growing law firm in the South West, looking to recruit a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor to work on a broad range of high-quality matters, advising a diverse client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses and larger organisations.
The Role
* Corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
* Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and commercial contracts
* Advising on company law, governance and compliance matters
* Supporting clients with business sales, purchases and strategic growth
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with ideally 4–5+ years’ PQE
* Strong experience in corporate and/or commercial law
* Confident handling transactions from start to finish
* Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
