Role Responsibility
Lots to do but lots of fun
As a Food and Beverage Assistant in our Conference and Banqueting team, you will be responsible for Mise-en-Place ensuring that we have sufficient quantities of cutlery and crockery for service and making sure the conference and banqueting spaces are set up and prepared in line with our guests requirements. During the course of service you will support and assist the team with the delivery of food from the kitchen to the appropriate section.

1. A passion for pleasing to ensure our guests has a happy experience.
2. Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant / Waiter ideally gained in a similar environment.
3. An interest, and appreciation of fine food & wine
4. Confident communicator – important to liaise with your guests and your other team members.
