Join United Utilities as a Junior Customer Advisor – Network Enquiries & Complaints
* Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LP
* Contract: 12-month temporary assignment
* Pay: £14.21 per hour (includes 10% shift allowance)
* Start Date: 17th November 2025
* Working Hours: Part-time – 16-hour (evening and weekend) or 20-hour shifts available
* Training: Full training provided over 5 weeks, Monday–Friday, 6pm–10pm
About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in customer service. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers with water and wastewater queries, providing friendly support and helping to resolve issues with guidance from your team and training resources.
You’ll handle a variety of customer interactions, including basic complaints, service updates, and general enquiries, while learning how to manage more complex cases over time.
