We have openings for board members with expertise in housing development or building and estates management, and more general skills that would bring an extra dimension to the boardroom table.
Responsibilities
 * Attend Radius Board meetings (five times a year) to review strategic issues and make key decisions for the Association.
 * Participate in subcommittees on more operational matters, with assignments based on skills and experience.
 * Work to ensure Radius alleviates poverty, protects its business, enables growth and expands its offering amid rising demand for its services.
 * Demonstrate commitment to Radius values and contribute to tenancy sustainability and societal impact.
 * Engage in induction and governance processes; support flexible meeting arrangements to minimise impact on members’ time.
Qualifications and qualities
 * Experience and a recent track record in housing development or building and estates management, or other relevant governance experience.
 * Ability to contribute at board level and participate in subcommittees as needed.
 * Commitment to Radius values and equality of opportunity; supportive of applicants with work and personal commitments.

 * Positions are unremunerated, but reasonable expenses will be paid.
