We’re looking for a Field Delivery Engineer - Power based in Elgin.
*For all field roles – offshore work is required so individual must be trained or willing to be trained.

What you’ll do:
* Installation of power products on customer site
* Installation of TC products on customer site
* Commission and decommissioning of power products on customer site
* Attend equipment breakdowns
* Service and maintain Diesel driven Generators to a high standard
Electrical
* Deliver generator applications - Motor starting and variable voltage
* Carry out load testing using sigma PC software
* Basic electrical fault finding < 1500v dc and
* Be able to operate fleet load bank
* Low voltage switching, maintenance, isolation, commissioning
The duties described above cover the focus of the role, however from time to time you may be required to carry out any other duties which are reasonable and within your abilities to support other areas of the business.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
* Proven technical capability in power and temperature control systems, with hands-on experience commissioning, diagnosing and repairing generator control systems.
* City & Guilds / ONC Level 3 (Mechanical and/or Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills; able to maintain company vehicle to GSCS standards and manage client expectations calmly under pressure.
* Good PC literacy, including confident use of MS Office and basic diagnostic/monitoring software.
* Full, clean driving licence and flexibility to work out-of-hours as part of an on-call rota.
