We're looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our high-performing, newly restructured Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to help our client, an Armed Forces charity, reach new supporters, donors, and volunteers.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing both paid and organic campaigns. Your work will not only attract new people to our cause but also build genuine connections, inspiring them to get involved. You'll collaborate closely with our partner agencies to segment and target supporters effectively based on their interests and engagement.
As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you'll monitor campaign performance across all digital channels, using data and insights to continually refine our strategies. We want someone who is proactive, innovative, and always on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and supporter acquisition.
This role is perfect for a self-starter who wants to grow their skills in digital marketing and paid social within the dynamic charity sector.
About the Team You'll be joining a small but mighty team of experts in digital marketing, brand development, and creative design. We prioritize collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and supporting one another. In this role, you’ll work with colleagues across the entire organization to deliver compelling campaigns that raise awareness of this charity's vital work.
About You You have proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with acquisition campaigns. Paid digital media experience is essential for this role. You're skilled at creating and managing paid media campaigns and social media channels to boost reach and engagement. You’re also adept at using analytics tools like Meta Business Manager to measure and report on campaign performance. Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing is second nature to you.
This is a permanent position, hybrid role and will require occasional travel into London
Experience within the Charity or Non-Profit Sector is essential for this role
