Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
Key Responsibilities
Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first‑class reputation.
The caseload will include but is not limited to:
* Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters).
* Boundary disputes.
* General property disputes.
* TOLATA claims.
* Professional negligence claims relating to property.
* Commercial and general litigation support when required.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of PQE (as a solicitor in England and Wales) in Property Litigation law.
* Strong advocacy skills.
* A proactive approach to building on the firm's strong market reputation.
