PART TIME 2 SUPERVISORS 32 HOURS PER WEEK
MINISO is a Japanese design-led business which has been enjoying huge growth across the globe since its inception in 2013. In just 7 years it operates in over 80 countries, with over 4,000 stores worldwide.
The first MINISO UK store was launched with great success in November 2019 in Ealing Broadway Centre, London. Despite the setback of COVID-19, a further 2 new stores (and a shiny new website) were launched in Cambridge and Cardiff at the end of 2020. We are expanding in 2021 and we are looking for a superstar Supervisor for our new Brighton store. Our Supervisor must have prior experience working within a fast-paced retail environment and who can hit the ground running whilst demonstrating the following skills;
· Previous Supervisor / Team leader experience
· The ability to motivate a team and build good relationships within a team
· Excellent communication skills at all levels
· Customer focused approach
· A flexible open-minded approach with a proven ability to prioritise effectively
· Passion for retail with a real desire to build a career within a start-up
