Role Highlights:
Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
Source, assess and place top-tier marketing talent via proactive search methods
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
Work cross-functionally with consultants across the wider 11 Investments brands
You Will Need:
A consistent billing record (£180k+ in the last 12 months ideal)
Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
Exposure to white collar, mid-senior level recruitment (any sector)
Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
