The Paramedic Practitioner will provide high-quality care to patients by assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of medical conditions. Responsibilities include carrying out clinical assessments, creating and implementing care plans, providing urgent and emergency care, and supporting other healthcare professionals on the team. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients on health maintenance, and participating in clinical audits to improve service delivery. Qualifications Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Comprehensive knowledge of urgent and emergency care practices Experience with patient management, care planning, and maintaining accurate records Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork Proficiency in using healthcare IT systems and medical equipment Current certification as a Paramedic with proper registration Capability to manage workloads and balance multiple tasks effectively Experience in a primary care or healthcare setting is an advantage
