We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Survey Case Assistant to join our International Department at Webster, a Gallagher Bassett Company. This role involves providing administrative support, assisting in the management of surveys, and ensuring the efficient and effective running of the department. How you'll make an impact This role involves handling cases, checking reports for quality, and providing general administration support to the International Department. You'll help keep systems organised, work with clients and vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly and meets required standards. Manage case files and check reports to make sure they meet quality standards. Prepare and send out reports, invoices, and other documents using Microsoft Office. Register new cases, organise surveys, and keep digital files up-to-date. Build good relationships with clients and vendors while keeping systems organised. Deal with complaints, follow rules and regulations, and help improve how the department works. About You You’re an organised individual with excellent time management skills You’ll be able to communicate effectively via email and phone correspondence You can demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) You work well independently and as part of a team You have attention to detail and can effectively focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment Compensation and benefits On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
