Group Head of Sales & Marketing
to help lead the way.
This is a role that combines commercial delivery with hands-on market engagement. The successful candidate will be accountable for driving revenue, building brand visibility, and aligning sales and marketing into a unified, customer-focused function.
What you'll be doing:
· Lead and grow the UK & Ireland sales across multiple brands and territories.
· Own delivery of revenue and margin targets (10–15% annual growth).
· Drive demand generation, exhibitions, PR, content, and digital marketing.
· Strengthen customer experience through clear account ownership and communication.
· Align commercial strategy with R&D/NPD to maximise product success.
· Build a performance-driven, collaborative sales and marketing culture.
We're looking for someone who:
· Has proven senior leadership in
sales and marketing within manufacturing or B2B sectors
.
· Brings a track record of delivering consistent revenue and margin growth.
· Possesses strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and analytical skills.
· Communicates with impact and builds trusted customer partnerships.
· Is comfortable with travel across the UK & Ireland.
Field-based with regular travel to Cumbernauld HQ, and customer locations.
