We are Tudor Franklin Independent Financial Advice, based in Ratby, Leicester. We have been established since 2017 and we provide holistic financial planning including inheritance tax, pension, investment and insurance advice. Would you be the sort of person that would like to join us on our exciting growth journey?
What we need you to bring to the team:
· 18 months experience in a Financial Services advice firms or High Street Banks / Building Societies
· High level of organisational skills are essential
· Client communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to build strong client relationships dealing with customers issues and queries.
· Solid administration experience across all the Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
· Experience in supporting financial advisers or working within professional services, processing pension and investment work including preparing for annual reviews, obtaining information from financial providers and booking in client meetings.
· Experience at handling and qualifying initial leads.
· A strong ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
