Are you passionate about veterinary dermatology? The Dermatology Department at Willows Referral Service is delighted to offer a 1-year Dermatology Internship Training Programme designed to prepare aspiring veterinarians for advanced training and specialization in dermatology.
What We Offer:
* Intensive training in the diagnosis and management of dermatological conditions in veterinary patients.
* Hands-on experience with medical, diagnostic, and therapeutic dermatology techniques.
* Structured learning to build a solid foundation in dermatological diseases and treatments.
* Exposure to a multidisciplinary team working collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care.
* Weekend working on a 1:3 rota, supporting the primary care out-of-hours team, with compensatory days off for weekend shifts.
Who Should Apply:
* Motivated veterinarians with a passion for dermatology.
* Applicants must have a minimum of two years’ postgraduate experience in practice.
* Completion of a one-year rotating internship or equivalent is preferred.
* Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English are essential.
* A team-oriented individual dedicated to the highest standards of patient and client care.

Willows is home to extensive surgical and diagnostic facilities with a superbly equipped Intensive Care Unit. In-patient care is a priority, with 24-hour care provided by our team of Interns, Nurses, and other Clinical Support staff. The practice is iCatCare accredited at Gold Level.
