Role:
* Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce.
* Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme.
* Enforce health & safety standards and company procedures.
* Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with site management.
* Conduct briefings, inspections, and maintain site records.
Requirements:
* SSSTS
* Proven experience in a site supervisory role.
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity on site.
* CSCS
