Telesales Executive Experience & Background * Prior experience in office-based outbound sales * Confident telephone manner with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust * Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales targets * Experience handling a high volume of calls * Comfortable maintaining and updating customer databases * Exposure to working closely with senior sales professionals and learning through collaboration * Strong verbal communication skills essential * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with solid overall computer literacy * Confident speaker with a clear, professional, and engaging phone voice Salary: Up to £25,000(based on experience) Uncapped earnings potential Commission: Based on a percentage of deal profit Company Rewards: Additional incentives and performance-based team rewards Training & Development: Hands-on experience working with senior sales.
