We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Education Worker to join our team supporting young carers across Fife. Young carers often face unique challenges balancing their caring responsibilities with education. Your role will be to help them achieve their full potential in school and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored educational support to young carers, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
• Work closely with schools and partner agencies to ensure young carers receive appropriate support.
• Deliver one-to-ones, lunch clubs & drop ins focused on academic progress, confidence-building, and wellbeing.
• Advocate for young carers within educational settings, promoting awareness and inclusion through assemblies, class sessions and staff sessions.
