About the role
Partou Little Darlings Day Nursery & Pre‑school seeks a Level 3 Early Years qualified nursery practitioner to take on the full‑time 40‑hour‑per‑week role of Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee the daily running of a nursery room, ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with EYFS. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About you
* Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Strong EYFS knowledge
* Proven experience leading a team in an early‑years setting
* Passion for early‑years education
* Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development
* Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
