Job summary We are currently looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Team in the North, based in Huntingdon.If you are looking for a new challenge, are dynamic, flexible and enjoy variety in your work and wish to be part of a team making a difference in our community then you are the right person for us. Main duties of the job Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. To provide comprehensive, holistic therapy assessment and rehabilitation to patients within their home environment, maximising independence within a 4 -week pathway. To hold clinical responsibility for patients within the service and Therapy Practitioners within their team. To prioritise workload including that of the Therapy Assistants within the team. To work proactively, in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patient flow and safety.
