This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers, support the sales team, and play a vital role in maintaining and growing long-term client partnerships.
What Youll Be Doing: Assisting in key account management, ensuring high standards of customer care and service.
Monitoring and supporting customer performance, liaising between sales and operational teams.
Reviewing customer spending patterns and identifying business trends.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including supporting major contract negotiations alongside the Sales Manager.
Assisting the Sales Director and Managing Director in reviewing and implementing annual rate increases .
Maintaining active communication with operational departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Preparing and maintaining customer quotes, tracking success rates and identifying conversion trends.
Updating and managing the CRM system to ensure all activity is recorded and monitored effectively.
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in an internal sales, account management or customer service role (logistics industry experience highly desirable).
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy team environment.
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
