Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administrator located in Basildon, on a fixed term maternity cover contract for approx 12 months. The Sales Administrator will manage customer orders, maintain sales records, provide administrative support to the sales team, and liaise with customers and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, updating CRM systems, coordinating sales activities, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.
Qualifications
* Experience with customer orders management, invoice processing, and CRM systems
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with customers and suppliers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in the toy and gift industry is a plus
