One of our centrally based departments is looking for a reliable and professional Weekend Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover on Saturdays and Sundays.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a front-facing role and is confident managing responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional front-of-house reception cover
* Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact
* Responding to general enquiries from building users
* Supporting events, including delivering catering to event rooms and tidying afterwards
* Following emergency procedures where required
Essential Requirements
* First Aid trained (mandatory)
* Ability to operate EVAC chairs

The building has disabled access. However, this role requires someone who is physically able to operate EVAC chairs and administer basic first aid if necessary.
