Executive Assistant to Owner
Salary: £45 to £55,000 (DOE) + bonus and excellent perks
Location: London (Hybrid working offered)
We’re working with a highly successful and sociable organisation within the hospitality industry looking for a polished, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to the Founder and wider Board. This is a fantastic opportunity for an EA who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently act as a trusted ambassador for senior leadership.
Responsibilities
* Provide seamless executive support, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.
* Manage board meetings, prepare papers, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
* Act as the first point of contact for VIP clients and key stakeholders – representing the business with confidence and warmth.
* Oversee key operational elements such as office coordination, company assets, and healthcare administration.
* Collaborate on internal events and employee engagement initiatives.
* Handle ad hoc administrative and project tasks with initiative and precision.
About You
* Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders or a board.
* Strong gravitas and emotional intelligence – able to build credibility quickly and push back where needed.
* Highly professional and personable – a true ambassador for the leadership team.
* Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Enjoys being involved, working collaboratively, and contributing to a sociable, high-achieving culture.
