A new opening is launching in North Wales and its set to be busy 600+ covers a day during peak season.
Our client is an independent group known for relaxed, high-quality dining in scenic coastal spots. From the iconic Morannedd building in Criccieth to the flagship site at Menai Bridge, they focus on local produce, warm service, and thoughtful design.
They also operate a bakery, online shop, and host weddings and private events.
Now, they're looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at their exciting new site.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Head Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Leading the team during service and managing sections
Training and mentoring junior chefs
Helping with menu development and specials
Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
What you'll need:
2-3 years experience in a Sous Chef or above
Background in fresh food kitchens, cook A la Carte in abusy restaurant orbrasseries
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good English (IELTS 4.0+ for visa)
A passion for working with local, seasonal produce
