Position: Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate / Junior Partner level)Type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Central London Start Date: ASAPSalary: Competitive, DOEAn excellent opportunity has arisen with a well-regarded and expanding legal practice based in Central London. They are currently seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join an established team handling a broad range of residential and commercial property disputes. This is a key appointment with scope for genuine long-term progression.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, including:
* Landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial), including service charge/rent recovery, forfeiture, and dilapidations
* Possession claims due to rent arrears or other breaches
* Boundary disputes, rights of way, rights to light, and party wall issues
* Easements and restrictive covenants
* Nuisance and trespass claims
* Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extension matters
* Disputes over ownership and beneficial interest
* Claims for recovery of fees by Party Wall Surveyors (Magistrates' Court)
This is a largely autonomous role, well-suited to a solicitor confident in running files independently, yet eager to contribute to the wider team’s growth and success. Advocacy experience is a bonus but not essential.Candidate Profile:
* Ideally at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level
* Strong background in property litigation
* Commercially minded, self-driven, and business development focused
* Capable of collaborating across departments (Property, Private Client, and Corporate)
