About the role: Bath & North East Somerset Council is looking for an Estates Surveyor to assist with the management of its Corporate Estate. There are two roles on offer, dealing with property management; rent reviews and lease renewals; and general L&T matters, community asset transfers, valuation; disposals and acquisitions and a wide range of projects working with other service areas. In addition to being ‘hands on’ with your own casework the successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and to be committed to achieving departmental targets.
