Were looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting our network of field service engineers who maintain and repair manual handling equipment across the region.
Duties to include but not limited to;
Schedule and dispatch field service engineers to customer sites
Coordinate planned maintenance and respond to breakdown calls
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
Monitor job progress, parts availability, and engineer workloads
Maintain accurate records in the service management system
Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
The Ideal Person -
Experience in a service coordination, engineering admin, or logistics role (ideally within materials handling, automotive, plant, or industrial sectors)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication skills, both with customers and engineers
Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and service software
A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
Required Qualifications
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience of working within a fast paced, reactive, customer service role.
Excellent communication skills including a confident, friendly and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work well within a team, with a flexible approach to workload.
Ability to Multi-Task
Attention to Detail
Well-developed IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
Have exceptional organisational skills.
Experience with Protean software desirable, but not essential as training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £30,000 yearly salary
