An excellent opportunity for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure and utilities contractor. You will play a key role within the commercial team, overseeing a portfolio of projects and supporting the Commercial Manager. With a strong forward order book and continued growth, this role offers clear progression to Commercial Manager.
Location: Hybrid working with travel to London and Middlesex project sites.
Responsibilities
* Managing subcontractors, project accounts and commercial reporting
* Supporting the Commercial Manager and mentoring junior team members
* Overseeing valuations, measurements and CVR reporting
* Contract review and NEC contract management
* Managing commercial risk, disputes and cost control
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor
* Background in utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering projects
* Strong NEC contract and subcontract management experience
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience)
* Full UK driving licence
