Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years experience, Cheshire, up to c£50,000 (DOE) – We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive conveyancer to join the branch office of this busy residential property team. JOB REF: 3734
The Role
* You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post‑completion, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re‑mortgages.
* With support from an established team and modern systems, you'll deliver high‑quality legal advice and an exceptional client experience.
Skills Required
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or non‑qualified with the requisite experience.
* Minimum 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
* Excellent client care and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
* Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
