Interim People Partner - 3 months contract
We’re hiring! Join our fast-paced, tech-driven organisation as an Interim People Partner supporting their IT Operations Managed Services team.
This is a strategic and hands-on HR role where you’ll partner with senior leaders, support a workforce of 350+, and help shape the future of our people strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Be the go-to HR partner for this business unit
* Lead on ER cases, absence management, grievances, TUPE, and policy/process development.
* Partner with senior stakeholders including the MD, Ops Director, and Commercial Director.
* Line manage a People Advisor and build a strong HR presence in York.
* Collaborate with other People Partners across the business – we value teamwork!
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in tech, software, or PE-backed environments (bonus but not essential).
* Strong operational HR skills with the ability to strategise and influence.
* Comfortable working with senior leaders and building processes from scratch.
* Ideally available to work 3 days/week onsite in York, with occasional travel to Birmingham/other sites.
