Responsibilities:
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, succession, and tax-efficient structuring
• Drafting wills, trusts, LPAs, and related private client documentation
• Administering estates and handling all aspects of the probate process
• Liaising with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals on complex client matters
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility
• Supporting senior team members on complex and high-value matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and assisting with business development initiatives
About You:
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ up to 4 years’ PQE) with solid Private Client experience
• Strong academic background and training with a reputable firm
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• A commercial mindset and genuine interest in building long-term client relationships
