Product Design Engineer Duties include:
7. Address new products from marketing.
8. Design new products in accordance with project briefs.
9. Review existing and new products.
10. Participate in development and project team meetings.
11. Liaise with marketing.
12. Be involved with manufacturing and testing of prototypes.
13. Provide technical information to other members of staff.
Product Design Engineer Requirements include:
14. Product design / development experience.
15. Apprentice trained or degree in mechanical engineering.
16. Capable of the design and development of new products,
17. Good experience and competence with computer aided design (CAD).
18. Plumbing fittings experience is beneficial but not required.
19. Experience using Ansys would also be ideal but not required.
