Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Teacher in the leadership and management of the school.
* Lead the development and implementation of the primary curriculum.
* Ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the school.

* Manage pupil behavior and discipline, maintaining a focus on pupil welfare.
* Engage with parents and the community to enhance the educational experience.
* Oversee the effective use of resources to support educational goals.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and policy-making process.
* Act as a role model, demonstrating exemplary teaching practices when necessary.
Person Specification:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive experience in SEN education.
* SEN qualifications.
* A proven leader with experience in school management.
* A deep understanding of the primary education curriculum and assessment methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to professional development and innovation in education.
