Your Day-to-Day
* Foster a Thriving Community: Lead the EMEAA Hotel Experience Champion Community - ensuring it remains active, informed, and equipped to deliver excellence
* Lead Strategic Performance Initiatives: Design and deliver annual performance plans for EMEAA that align with global strategies and performance objectives.
* Enhance Hotel Team Capabilities: Co-create impactful training tools and EMEAA-specific programs that support and uplift hotel performance metrics.
* Build Stakeholder Alignment:Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure our tools, training, and delivery plans are aligned and effective across the portfolio.
* Drive Insights into Action: Analyse performance data and insights to refine strategies and continuously improve outcomes at the hotel level.
* Boost Guest Loyalty & Engagement:Partner with loyalty teams to roll out regional plans and embed loyalty initiatives that drive long-term guest retention and brand advocacy.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
* Proven experience in operational and strategic roles within international hotel brands, with a focus on loyalty, distribution, or performance.
* A track record of successful project planning and strategic execution in complex, multicultural environments.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you know how to influence, align, and deliver through others.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Deep understanding of the EMEAA markets and how to tailor strategies to a diverse range of hotel environments.
This role is based in Windsor 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
