My client, an award-winning BTR operator, is seeking an experienced and driven Leasing Manager to join their brand new Build-to-Rent development in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of a high-profile scheme, leading leasing strategy and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
As Leasing Manager, you will take full ownership of leasing performance, ensuring occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets are achieved.
You will lead from the front — inspiring your team, driving standards, and creating a customer-focused culture that reflects the quality of the brand.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the onsite leasing team
* Develop and deliver the leasing strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
* Drive lead generation, conduct viewings/presentations, qualify prospects, and close leases
* Oversee resident onboarding, renewals, and referral generation
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and leasing requirements
* Monitor performance metrics and implement initiatives to optimise results
* Champion customer service excellence across all resident touchpoints
* Identify efficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Your Requirements:
* Proven experience within BTR, residential property, hospitality, or leisure in a similar leadership role
* Strong understanding of the leasing lifecycle and relevant legislation
* A natural leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team
* Commercially minded with strong sales and negotiation skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
* Professional and discreet when handling sensitive information
* Passionate about delivering an outstanding resident experience
This role is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract; however, there is significant potential to remain with the business beyond this period due to continued growth and opportunity within the portfolio.
