Technical Support Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for high-performance trading systems. This includes responding to client support requests and inquiries, actively monitoring critical systems and infrastructure, and collaborating with exchanges and internal software engineers to test and implement new software releases.

You will work as part of an award-winning global support team to solve problems and respond to clients' requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Responding promptly to client support requests and inquiries.
* Actively monitoring critical systems and infrastructure, promptly addressing issues and escalating to relevant teams when required.
* Providing customer support for order entry, risk management, and exchange connectivity issues.
* Conducting detailed analysis of complex order and trade histories.
* Coordinating the deployment and configuration of products for new customers.
* Managing the distribution and installation of software enhancements and upgrades.
* Collaborating with exchanges and internal software engineers to test and implement new software releases.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a STEM degree, a demonstrable interest in working in technology, and good understanding of Linux OS. You must also be able to manage and prioritise work, maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision, and thrive in high-pressure situations. Additionally, you should have strong analytical skills, a confident command of the terminal, and a passion for Linux.
What We Offer
This role is based in London City and requires 5 days in the office. It suits a fresh STEM graduate with a passion for Linux or a candidate with some commercial experience with Linux and an appetite to work in financial services technology.
