The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant at Nurseplus, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and placing healthcare professionals in rewarding roles across our client base. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to onboarding
* Meet and exceed individual and team targets
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures
* Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
What We're Looking For:
* Previous recruitment or sales experience (healthcare sector a plus, but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Target-driven with a proactive attitude
* A genuine passion for people and providing quality service
* Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment
