Hays Recruitment is working with one of their exclusive clients on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner to join their team in a permanent role. The role offers a hybrid working approach, but the ability to support managers within your division, delivering on a wide range of HR activities and line management responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manageplex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
2. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
3. Support managers within your remit
4. Support with development and implementation of HR projects
5. Develop and deliver staff training
6. Oversee analytics and reporting

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the below:
8. Working in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partnering model previously
9. Experience managing direct reports
10. UK Driving licence
11. CIPD qualified
12. Up-to-date Employment Law knowledge
13. Experience managingplex ER Cases
