Robert Half has partnered with a leading business in their sector to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
We are seeking a qualified accountant with strong experience in bids, tenders, financial modelling, and business partnering with customers. You will provide financial leadership across growth projects, supporting decision-making and driving commercial success.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus + car allowance
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial management and analysis for bids, tenders, and strategic initiatives.
* Develop robust financial models and tools to support decision-making and pricing strategy.
* Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to provide insight and financial guidance.
* Prepare P&Ls, cash flow forecasts, balance sheets, and sensitivity analysis.
* Present financial recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning.
* Support smooth transition from bid approval to operational delivery.
Skills & Experience:
* ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience.
* Proven experience in bids, tenders, financial modelling, and business partnering.
* Advanced Excel and analytical skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proactive, organised, and able to deliver under tight deadlines.
* Experience supporting strategic decisions and business growth initiatives.
