The Role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with energy, initiative, and a passion for B2B sales and customer service. You’ll be building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth in line with our ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate new business opportunities in field sales, targeting housing associations, contractors, landlords, and private homeowners.
* Conduct surveys and site visits, understanding client needs and providing tailored ventilation and air quality solutions.
* Deliver professional product presentations, CPD sessions, and demonstrations to potential clients.
* Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through our CRM system Simpro
* Work closely with surveyors, installation teams, and operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Act as a company ambassador, upholding our values of excellence, integrity, and customer care.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven track record in field sales, B2B sales, or business development (construction, housing, or ventilation industry desirable).
* A confident, resilient self-starter with strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Goal-driven with determination, hunger, and the ability to plan effectively – activity generates results.
* Professional, organised, and able to work autonomously.
* Full UK driving licence.
