We have embarked on an exciting and industry-defining journey to grow our UK Media Team by bringing in-house a significant proportion of our media planning and buying capability.
Our Planning Executive role offers a unique opportunity to join this team, working on some of the biggest media budgets in the UK, building a legacy for our brands and organization. Our ambition is to bring media even closer to our consumers to maximize return and enable real-time innovation.
Are you up for the challenge?
As a Planning Executive, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing multi-million pound budgets for your brands, including implementation and reporting within internal systems and controls.
2. Supporting the team in the design and execution of strong and consistent media strategies across all media touchpoints (TV, digital, etc.) and recommending the best touchpoints to address business challenges.
3. Monitoring and reporting on media performance and key market activity to identify and recommend optimizations.
4. Collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams across P&G and agencies to ensure proper implementation of media strategies across touchpoints.
5. Gathering consumer and competitor media insights and assessing their impact on our media plans, sharing insights with the team, and making improvement recommendations.

* Passion for a career in media; prior experience is helpful but not essential.
