Day-to-day of the role:

* Provide crucial emotional regulation and behavioural support, helping students to manage challenges and succeed in their educational journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in care, support work, or SEN education, demonstrating a strong ability to work with children with complex needs.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, essential for managing challenging situations.
* Proven capability to build strong, trusting relationships with students, which is key to their progress and development.
