As Platform Product Manager for our Field First Platform, you’ll define and drive a platform vision that connects our products, accelerates innovation, and unlocks new value through data and AI. The role You’ll be accountable for defining, owning and evolving the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Field First Platform — ensuring it provides a scalable, secure and extensible foundation for both current and future products. Working directly with our Chief Product Officer and alongside senior leaders across Product, UX and Engineering, you’ll act as the “glue” across our product ecosystem — bringing together multiple applications into a seamless, high-value platform experience. From driving adoption and time-to-value, to embedding AI-driven capabilities and platform-wide consistency, you’ll play a critical role in shifting our mindset from individual products to a single, unified platform. What you’ll be doing Defining the platform vision - You’ll set and communicate a compelling platform vision that resonates across the business and with our customers. You’ll define what “platform” truly means for Totalmobile — and ensure that vision is translated into a clear, actionable roadmap. Driving platform strategy and adoption - You’ll lead the evolution of the Field First Platform, prioritising capabilities such as identity, data, workflows, integration and extensibility. You’ll balance platform investment against vertical product needs, making clear, commercially sound trade-offs that maximise long-term value. Leading AI and data innovation - You’ll play a key role in introducing platform-level value through data and AI initiatives — from AI assistants to intelligent workflows — ensuring these capabilities are embedded in a way that scales across the platform. Creating a unified product experience - You’ll bring consistency to platform UX and ensure that multiple products feel like one cohesive experience. You’ll work closely with UX and engineering teams to define standards that elevate usability and quality across the board. Enabling growth and commercial impact - You’ll focus on revenue generation, adoption and time-to-value — using platform thinking to accelerate delivery, improve customer outcomes and unlock new commercial opportunities through reuse and standardisation. Governing and scaling the platform - You’ll establish strong platform governance, including API strategy, capability reuse and non-functional requirements such as scalability, resilience and security. You’ll also measure platform success through adoption, reuse and performance metrics. Leading and influencing across teams - You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales and marketing, acting as the key product counterpart to architecture and engineering leadership. You may also take on line management responsibility for Product Owners as the platform organisation grows. What we’re looking for You’ll bring strong platform product management experience, with a track record of managing multiple applications as a unified platform. You’ll be comfortable operating at scale, across multiple verticals and customer types, with the ability to think strategically over a 3–5 year horizon. Experience in SaaS environments is essential, and exposure to AI or data-driven products will set you apart. If you’ve worked on integrating multiple products into a single platform — even better. You don’t need to be hands-on, but you must be technically credible. You’ll understand architecture, trade-offs and implications, and be able to engage confidently with engineering teams. You’ll combine this with strong commercial awareness — understanding how platform decisions translate into revenue, adoption and customer value. You’re a visionary — someone who can define and articulate a compelling future and bring others with you. You’re equally comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams, and engaging directly with customers.
