We work across three key client segments—capital markets, personal finance and financial technology—spanning accounting, banking, insurance, investment, pensions, payments and securities services.
Apprenticeship Path & Progression
 * Permanent role: Successful apprentices are often offered full‑time positions within the events or marketing teams.
 * Salary increases: Annual pay rises are guaranteed for those who pass their exams.
 * Leadership opportunities: By the end of the apprenticeship, you will be equipped to lead event projects, manage suppliers and oversee junior staff.
 * Specialisation: You may choose to specialise in event strategy, brand marketing or client relations.
 * Chartered Manager status: Upon completion you earn Chartered Manager accreditation through the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
 * Further education & training: Some may pursue advanced qualifications or higher‑level apprenticeships to deepen expertise.

Key Responsibilities
 * Assist with event logistics, including venue research and supplier coordination.
 * Help manage guest communications, speaker tracking and data entry.
 * Create basic graphic assets such as social media cards or signage templates.
 * Prepare event materials and collateral for upcoming projects.
 * Learn and use digital tools such as Outlook, Excel, Canva and CRM systems.
 * On‑the‑job training will take place at Rhotic Media’s Chelmsford office, four days a week.
 * Academic training is provided by Anglia Ruskin University; apprentices attend workshops and complete online modules as part of the Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
 * Training frequency includes weekly workplace learning blended with scheduled university sessions, typically one day a week dedicated to academic study, either online or on campus.
Schedule & Work Hours
Four days per week office‑based. One day per week dedicated to university. Additional study days after each university day. The working week is normally Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
