So, what will you be doing?
* Processing customer sales orders accurately and on the day of receipt
* Ensuring orders meet agreed account requirements to minimise additional costs
* Managing and resolving delivery issues and customer complaints
* Liaising with internal teams to elevate or resolve supply-related queries
* Maintaining accurate ERP data including stock, pricing, and product information
* Producing regular reports, forecasts, and updates
* Processing import and export documentation to prevent delays
* Following company processes to ensure right-first-time service
* Supporting the wider team and providing cover during annual leave
* A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork
* Confidence handling conflict and resolving challenges professionally
