We are now looking for a Chilled Warehouse Operative to join our client in the Tewkesbury area. YOU MUST DRIVE AND HAVE A CAR.
This will be permanent position after a successful trial period (upon completion of 12 full weeks).
Main Duties
* Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders
* Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
* Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles
* Complying with food hygiene regulations
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a warehouse or food production environment is preferred but not essential; candidates who are proactive, accurate, and comfortable working under pressure are welcome to apply. Important Notes
* This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
* Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area.
* Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times.
Hours of Work:
* Monday - Saturday.
* 5 shift per week on a rota basis.
* 7am - 4.30pm and 9am - 6.30pm.
* Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay
Rate of Pay:
* £12.80 per hour.
